Richard Culatta is an internationally recognized learning innovator and tech futurist. His work centers around using technology to empower people and accelerate problem-solving. He is the CEO of the International Society for Technology in Education, a nonprofit focusing on using technology to improve learning opportunities around the world. He served as the first Chief Innovation Officer of Rhode Island, gaining national attention for pioneering strategies for using technology to help government be more responsive and collaborative.

He was appointed by President Obama as the Executive Director of the Office of Educational Technology for the US Department of Education, where he focused on expanding internet connectivity to schools across the US and developed a national ed tech plan to make learning more equitable. He pioneered new opportunities for the tech industry to engage with the Department of Education, including bringing top game designers from around the world to the White House to help re-design testing and learning materials.

His new book, Digital for Good: Raising Kids to Thrive in an Online World, uncovers the challenges with current approaches to preparing youth to be effective humans in virtual spaces and presents a path to a healthier and more civil future digital world. He holds degrees in humanities and instructional technology from Brigham Young University. He serves as a senior fellow at NYU’s GovLab, design resident for the global design firm IDEO, and Innovation Dean for the Masie Learning Collaborative.

He is married to violinist Shaundra Baird Culatta. They live in Virginia spending free time running around after their four children.

Matt is a Google Certified Innovator and Microsoft in Education Expert. He was named a ‘23-’24 Top 100 Influencer in EdTech by EdTech Digest. Dr. Matt Morris serves as the Executive Director of Special Education for Mesquite ISD, where he leads districtwide efforts to ensure high-quality, student-centered services and is implementing innovative artificial intelligence strategies to enhance student outcomes and create efficiencies for staff.

He previously served as the Assistant Director of Special Education in Keller ISD and as the Program Coordinator of Operations & Certification Services at Region 10 ESC, where he oversaw the Educational Diagnostician Certification Program and worked collaboratively with districts across Texas to expand the statewide diagnostician workforce.

Dr. Morris is also an adjunct professor for East Texas A&M University and Dallas Baptist University, teaching graduate-level coursework in special education. His early career includes teaching in Sherman ISD and academic leadership roles at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, followed by service as an educational diagnostician in Frisco ISD and Magnolia ISD.

He holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Houston (2021), a Master of Education in School Administration (2013) from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (2011) from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

For the past five years, Keich has served as the District’s At-Risk Coordinator, where she has been instrumental in leading and implementing a comprehensive, district-wide Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process. This robust framework is designed to proactively identify students and provide timely, effective interventions across multiple critical domains, including:

Anna Duvall is a dedicated advocate for equipping students with the right resources to help them succeed in their career journeys. With over 25 years of experience as a middle and high school counselor, she has committed her career to ensuring that students have access to the tools, information, and support they need to make informed decisions about their futures. Since taking on her current role as the Team Lead for Career Pathways and Educator Development for the South Carolina Department of Education, Anna has accelerated her ability to be a driving force for positive change.

Her accolades include being named the 2014 South Carolina School Counselor of the Year, a semi-finalist for the 2015 American School Counselor Association Counselor of the Year, the 2018 College Board Southern Region Counselor of the Year, and the 2025 Palmetto State School Counselor Association Advocate of the Year.

Her work centers on strengthening communication systems and building sustainable frameworks that promote student well-being and college, career, and/or military readiness across South Carolina.

Before joining Panorama, he held senior leadership roles at top technology companies, including PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ridgeline, and Workday, where he led the development of Workday Student, a modern SIS built from the ground up.

Danny is passionate about advancing Panorama’s mission by harnessing AI and data to help schools make informed, student-centered decisions, with a focus on safe, secure usage that protects student privacy. Danny holds a BS from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Takeru (TK) Nagayoshi, the 2020 Massachusetts Teacher of the Year, is an education consultant, facilitator, and adjunct professor. Currently serving as Senior Customer Advocacy Manager at Panorama Education, he collaborates with districts nationwide to improve customer engagement and support the effective integration of innovative educational technology.

A passionate advocate for education, TK has focused on initiatives ranging from developing educator leadership to mentoring the National Teacher of the Year cohorts. His work has been featured in prominent outlets such as This American Life, The Nation, the Smithsonian, and the Federal Reserve Bank. His distinguished accolades include the Horace Mann Award for Teaching Excellence (2021), the Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teacher Leadership Award (2019), and the Boston University Young Alumni Award (2019).

Brittany Blackwell, M.Ed. is an award winning former special educator with over thirteen years of experience in elementary and middle school classrooms. Her work focuses on helping educators prevent burnout and better navigate the realities of modern teaching.

Brittany is the Marketing Campaigns Lead at Panorama Education and was the founding marketing lead of Class Companion prior to its acquisition by Panorama Education in March of 2025. She brings a classroom-informed perspective to her work, helping teachers and school leaders understand how tools like Artificial Intelligence can support instruction, feedback, and daily practice.

She is also the host of the Top 100 education podcast, The Resilient Teacher Podcast, and is widely known as MsPrincessTeach on TikTok, where she shares practical insights and real classroom experiences with educators nationwide.
