- During the event, live sessions will appear at the top in a "Live Now" banner.
- On the agenda page, select the session you wish to view and click the "Join Broadcast" button.
At the top right corner of your Google Chrome browser, click the three dots, then choose Settings.
At the bottom of the Settings page, click Accessibility.
Slide the toggle to Turn on Live Caption.

- No adblockers, VPN's, Ghost Extensions - please turn off your adblockers for the event if you have them enabled.
- Download the event app
- You will be asked to enter your email in order to access the space. When entering the space for the first time, you will be asked to verify your email address and will then be able to access the event on the app.

Watching the Summit:
I filled out a registration form to join the event, now where do I go?
Once you have filled out the registration form, you will receive an email with your personal "magic link." Use that link to enter the event and attend any session you wish.
How do I join a session?
Once you've entered the event with your unique event link, there are two ways you can join sessions:
What is the link to access an individual sessions?
You can find all links to sessions on the event agenda: https://events.panoramaed.com/systems-for-change/agenda
I received an error message that there is already an assigned registration for my email.
If you are receiving this error message, click “Looking for your ticket?” at the bottom of the event page. This will allow you to receive another confirmation email with your unique event link.
Is it too late to register?
No, you can absolutely still register on the day of the event, or even afterwards to watch the recordings on-demand.
During the Summit:
How do I interact with the sessions?
On the right side of the screen, there will be options for chat and when a poll is triggered by the speaker; a polling option! Feel free to interact as much as you’d like.
I can’t see the chat option.
Make sure you are not in full screen mode, then click on session interaction. When prompted, you’ll be able to see chats, and participate in polls.
How do I get closed captioning on the Summit videos?
Captions will be available in the on-demand version of each session.

How do I adjust the volume of the livestream / video?
In the lower LEFT corner of the video panel, use the slider to adjust the session’s volume

Will recordings be available?
Yes! You can view session recordings on-demand on this site after the event. You'll also receive an emails with a link to access them.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of attendance and professional learning resources can be found on the Resources tab of this site

If you run into tech Issues:
I'm trying to watch the session, but the video is grey/black.
The video screen is very small. How do I make the video appear larger?
Use the two-way arrow in the right corner of the video panel. But, if you go full-screen, you will not be able to partake in session interactivity (polling, chat, etc).
If these do not resolve the issue, please note that the recordings will be accessible with your same link, shortly after the session ends.
